Register for Return Visit

Notice for Return Visit(Return visitor is defined as those who have visited our hospital)

1. Registration
You may make an appointment by physician, registering on the counter, by Telephone Appointment System, on the Internet, or by APP. Please go directly to the clinic on the day of consultation.
Adjustment of on-site Registration Regulations: Starting March 1, 2023, each counter can only accept one number ticket at a time and can register at most two patients. Patients may register for as many departments as needed.


2. Walk-in Numbers
• limited to same-day Clinic visits
Morning clinic: 07:40-11:00(On Saturday: 08:00-11:00)
Afternoon clinic: 07:40-16:00
Night clinic: 07:40-20:00

• Non-same day Clinic visits
Monday and Wednesday:07:40-21:00(Pick-up deadline: 20:50)
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday:07:40-20:30(Pick-up deadline: 20:20)
On Saturday:08:00-14:00(Pick-up deadline :13:50)

Morning clinic: 08:30-10:00
Afternoon clinic: 08:30-15:00
Night clinic:08:30-17:00

• Non-same day Clinic visits
Monday to Friday: 08:00-17:00
On Saturday: 08:00-12:00

4. On the Internet, APP or Telephone Appointment System(02)2873-2151(Stop accepting when full)：
• Limited to same-day clinic visits
Morning clinic: 00:00-10:00
Afternoon clinic: 00:00-15:00
Night clinic:00:00-19:00

• Non-same day Clinic visits: 24 hours service
5. Physicians can make appointments within 16 weeks. You can book an outpatient clinic within 27 days from the counter, phone, Internet and APP. For example, you can make an appointment before 8/28 (inclusive) on 8/1. If the registration quota is full, please go to each outpatient registration counter with a full quota notice or a plus form (all with a doctor's seal) within 27 days under the premise that the doctor does not close the consultation or ask for leave.
6. If your chronic prescription is the last time to take medicine, you can make an appointment within 6 weeks (42 days). The registration method is as follows:
• Go directly to the counter for registration.
• Call the hotline 02-28712151, and only those patients who have confirmed chronic prescriptions can apply.
7. If the limited quota is full,please check the outpatient status after 21:30 the day before, under the premise that the physician has not closed the clinic or asked for leave, you may come to on-site register(the first floor of 3rd Outpatient Department Building) on the day.

8. If you are unable to come to the clinic for some reason, please cancel it in advance.When the patient is absent for more than 3 days (inclusive) within 28 days, the registration authority will be suspended and will be restored after 28 days.If you need to make an appointment,please come to on-site register.
