  1. If the appointment shows “Full” , “Full and Closed” or “Off”, first-visit appointment registration is unavailable, and same-day on-site registration for first visits is not open. (“Closed” means that the physician has decided not to accept additional patients to ensure consultation quality.)
  2. Patients who have completed a first-visit appointment through the registration website must still complete check-in at the First Visit Registration Counter on the 1st floor of the 1st Outpatient Department Building on the day of consultation before proceeding to the clinic. Check-in must be completed by the following deadlines: morning clinic by 10:30, afternoon clinic by 15:30, and night clinic by 19:30. Registration requests submitted after these deadlines will not be accepted. (There is no need to fill out a paper “First Visit Form” at check-in.)
  3. Patients who do not hold a Taiwan National ID Card or Alien Resident Certificate are unable to make a first-visit appointment through the registration website.
  4. If the physician is temporarily unable to attend the clinic due to unforeseen circumstances, the hospital will arrange another physician to provide substitute consultation as appropriate.
