Returning Patient Registration

If the status still shows "Full" after 21:30 on the previous day, it means the physician has not taken leave or closed the clinic, Patients may register on-site between 07:40–08:30 on the day of consultation at the Registration & Cashier Counter on the 1st floor of the 3rd Outpatient Department Building.【Number tickets for the Registration & Cashier Counter are available starting at 06:00. Each counter may accept only one number ticket at a time and can register up to two patients, regardless of department.】
The registration for that clinic is unavailable and on-site registration is not open. (“Closed” means that the physician has decided not to accept additional patients to ensure consultation quality.)
The Physician asked for leave.

If the same-day clinic is not yet full and the physician has not closed the clinic, the website registration deadlines are as follows: morning clinic by 10:00, afternoon clinic by 15:00, and night clinic by 19:00.
If the physician is temporarily unable to attend the clinic due to unforeseen circumstances, the hospital will arrange another physician to provide substitute consultation as appropriate.
